Matthew Katz, CEO

Matthew Katz is CEO of CAMS, LLC, a privately held company he independently financed and founded in 2012.

The CAMS Platform or Central Account Management System is a multi-tenant Software as a Service (SaaS) solution built to protect the operator and maintain brand integrity by providing online gaming and lottery sites with: 1) assistance with regulatory compliance, 2) fraud and risk mitigation, 3) player account limit disbursement, and 4) payout management and taxation, all within a white label solution that is customized for each site.

Mr. Katz has a well established career as a successful entrepreneur having founded and partnered in several other businesses and consulting firms prior to CAMS, LLC. Matthew has the unique distinction of starting a successful business while still in college introducing a new interactive online gambling methodology.

Tony Wootton, SVP Sales & Business Development

Tony Wootton is responsible for Sales, Marketing and Business Development and brings 11 years of digital distribution and alternative payments expertise to the company. Mr. Wootton was Senior Vice President of Business Development at, the largest payment processor for the real estate and utilities industries where he launched and managed two strategic business units.  Mr. Wootton earned an MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management and a BA in Philosophy from UC Santa Barbara.

Sara Craven, SVP Business and Legal Affairs

Sara Craven is responsible for oversight of client services, managed service and all legal affairs of the company. Ms. Craven spent over 7 years representing a broad range of clients in various industries including gaming, music downloading, credit reporting and many companies in ecommerce industries. She has represented clients in transactional matters including contract drafting and negotiation, management of corporate affairs and day-to-day legal issues. Ms. Craven has also spent a great deal of time representing clients in complex business litigation matters in both state and federal court. Ms. Craven holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California Santa Barbara and received her Juris Doctorate from Santa Clara University School of Law.

Jeff Sawitke, SVP Product

Jeff Sawitke is responsible for the development of the CAMS platform and data center operations supporting all products and services. Mr. Sawitke worked as a Software Architect with Cardinal Commerce Corporation, where he was responsible for the design, implementation and operational Management of the company’s flagship Centinel product. While at Cardinal Commerce, Mr. Sawitke turned its SaaS prototype concept into a leading payment authentication service which has since been deployed to over 30,000 online merchants. Previous experience includes leading projects at Computer Associates for clients such as Motorola, Goodyear Tire and Rubber and Wisconsin Public Power and providing software and management consulting services at Conley Canitano. Mr. Sawitke holds a Bachelors of Science degree from John Carroll University.

Connie Spencer-Adams, Head of Client Relations

Connie Spencer-Adams is responsible for client relations and brings over 19 years of experience in the Direct to Consumer/Multi-Channel Merchant space. Ms. Spencer-Adams worked at MICROS-Retail (formally CommercialWare) for 8 years as an Implementation Consultant and then Solutions Consultant working with prospective clients during the sales process. She worked with many high-profile specialty retailers to support their cross-channel operations leveraging the various products within the MICROS-Retail portfolio. Prior to her role at Micros-Retail, Ms. Spencer-Adams worked at Sundance Catalog for 8.5 years in various positions including Call Center Manager, Fulfillment Center Manager, Outlet Store Manager and Software Specialist. Ms. Spencer-Adams has a BS in Political Science, Minor in History and a Certificate of International Relations from the University of Utah.

Rajesh Duggal, Head of Finance

Rajesh Duggal is responsible for CAMS financial planning, management and controls. He has over 20 years of both national and international experience in the fields of financial management, business re-engineering and intelligence and has worked in a variety of industries, including financial services, automotive, media and entertainment. Mr. Duggal was VP of Finance and Business Intelligence at Fandango, Inc. the leading U.S. online movie ticketing provider where he was responsible for the financial operations and forecasting, established the business intelligence group, and managed the pipeline for ad sales. He was also the financial lead during the acquisition of Fandango by Comcast in 2007. Mr. Duggal is a Chartered Accountant (UK) and earned his Masters in Management Science with Honors at Southampton University and Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering with Honors from King’s College, University of London.

Jeremy Waxman, VP Product Development

Jeremy Waxman is responsible for product development and brings extensive software product management and payments experience. Mr. Waxman held various product roles with eBay, Dell, and several smaller software organizations where he managed online and mobile e-commerce products.  With expertise in both product management and product marketing, Mr. Waxman built and managed product teams, helped drive multiple platform reconstruction projects, and worked with many Fortune 500 companies in both an internal and external capacity.  Mr. Waxman has been a presenter at industry trade events and has been published by the 280Group. He holds a BA in Journalism from Rutgers University and is currently pursuing his Executive MBA from Philadelphia University.
